2024 & 2025 Registration Materials Available!

To reserve your place on a service-retreat week (see calendar here), please email or mail in a registration form with a $50/person deposit.  Total cost for the service-retreat week is  $400/person for 2024 / 2025 (which includes the $50 deposit).

Priority is given to groups that register by  August 15th (college),  September 30th (high school), or February 1st (family, adult, masters, or October group weeks), after which dates all spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please read the Registration Packet (link is below) in order to know and abide by the policies you are agreeing to when you sign the registration form. Effective October 1, 2024  we are no longer requiring a Covid-19 test but are recommending a pre-trip test with no test results required  and strongly recommend if a participant is exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms they should not attend the group week. 

This policy is updated when appropriate.
