Diocesan Youth Protection Forms
Everyone who works here must be cleared to work with minors in the Church, satisfying the three legs of the Protecting God’s Children protocol: 1) complete a diocesan-approved background check, 2) read and sign acknowledgement of the Diocesan Policy Relating to Sexual Abuse of Children, and 3) participate in VIRTUS, a sexual abuse awareness training.

Health Insurance Enrollment Form — fill out and send in to accept or decline our insurance
If you can’t print this out and send it soon, then email the info requested to hiring@bethlehemfarm.net so we can enroll you.
BF Medical Form — have your primary care provider fill out this form and bring it with you.
Partners In Mission
Each Caretaker commits to raising $2,000/year in order to support about 1/8 of the cost of feeding, housing, and insuring a Caretaker at Bethlehem Farm.
