2024 WINTER BENEFIT SILENT AUCTION

(VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON)

As you have surely seen in our e-newsletter, we are returning to St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Carmel, IN for our annual Bethlehem Farm Winter Benefit on Saturday December 7th! The event was a big success last year in returning to an in person event where we could come together to enjoy each other’s company and further the mission of Bethlehem Farm.

If you were not able to attend last year, we highly encourage you to come gather to celebrate 20 Years of Holy Ground.

We will again be having a silent auction at the event (as well as a smaller online auction leading up to the event) and are asking for donations of auction items. We auction off items that are usually handmade artisan items, including pottery, jewelry, wooden items, needlework, etc. In addition, we always hold a raffle for larger items or items not fitting the description above (In the past we have raffled off Apple TVs, Pickleball sets, bluetooth speakers, etc.)

In the past, we have had great success with the donation of time shares or vacation stays. If you, your friend, or your relative has a vacation home or lake house that they might be willing to offer for a few days to our bidders, that would be really great. Feel free to write to me with any questions about this.

We can work together to figure out the logistics of getting the item to the event. Obviously we would love for you to come to the event and bring the item with you, but we have other ways to get the item from you if you cannot attend in person.

I am reaching out to all of you to see if you would be able to offer up your talents or talents of friends and family members to make or offer items for this year’s auction. Because of all the work that goes into getting items ready for auctions, we are hoping to have all items finalized and secured by November 15th. Any items offered or sent past this deadline will be kept to be auctioned off the following year.

If you have any idea of an item or know someone who would, please reach out to me and we can talk about our options. You can email me here at the transform@bethlehemfarm.net account or at timdshovlin@gmail.com, or caretaker Jack at jack@bethlehemfarm.net
